Traditional champagne method. Aged for 2 years in the bottle after its secondary fermentation. Grapes are grown with the pergola trellising method to protect the bunches during periods of summer rainfall. Vineyards grow on a soilbed of rocks and decomposed granite, providing great drainage.
Tasting Notes: Delicate, fruity showing representative Koshu characteristics with well-integrated acidity. Elegant nose with hints of acacia flowers, citrus and green apples.
